Yes, we only offer furnished apartments for your convenience! Our furnished apartments include a full-size bed including the headboard, frame, mattress, and a stackable dresser. Each living room includes a leather couch, club chair, dining room set, end table, and entertainment stand. Desks are included in our two-bedroom apartments.
Yes! We cannot wait to welcome you and your pets into our community! All pets must be registered before entering the community. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet fee of $25 for each animal. We have a two-pet maximum per apartment.
We want to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable living environment. ULake Apartments has a controlled access gate that is closed nightly. Additionally, we have employed a nightly patrol to monitor the property. We encourage all of our residents to report any suspicious activity and dial 911 for emergencies.
Monthly Installments are due on the first (1st) day of each month. For your convenience, we have an easy online payment system, so you can pay any time of day! You are also more than welcome to pay by check or money order in the office during regular business hours.
Yes! You can also pay per semester!
At ULake Apartments, we have on-site maintenance. You can submit your work requisitions online, directly to our office staff via our resident portal! Our maintenance staff is quick and efficient in fulfilling your work request! When the request is complete, you will receive an email with a satisfaction survey! We value the opinions and feedback of our residents, so we can improve our services!
