Three Pool Areas
The three resort-style pools are located in separate sections of the property rather than on a single central deck. This layout allows residents to pick a pool area based on proximity to their building or preferred atmosphere. The separation also helps distribute activity during warmer months. Each pool at our USF off-campus housing includes surrounding deck space with room to walk, sit, and gather near the water. Lounge seating is arranged along the pool decks, keeping the water and seating areas visually connected.
Courtyard with Fire Pits and Grilling Areas
In addition to the pools, ULake includes a landscaped courtyard positioned separately from the water features. Lounge areas are arranged in grouped seating clusters, creating defined gathering zones throughout the space. Fire pits are installed within designated seating sections of the courtyard. Chairs are arranged around each fire feature, creating clear focal points in the evening. Grill-and-chill areas feature built-in grilling stations paired with nearby seating, allowing residents to cook while remaining part of the group. ULake offers convenient access to the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa, expanding Tampa student housing options for students attending either campus.
